Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced VDI Administrator with a strong background in Microsoft Azure technologies. This role is crucial for maintaining the health and performance of our virtual desktop infrastructure, which is built on Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Azure VMware Solution (AVS). The successful candidate will act as the primary escalation point, handle project-based work to improve and expand the VDI environment, and operate in a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities

• Tier 3 Escalation Support: Act as the primary point of escalation for VDI‑related issues from the Global Service Desk.
