Responsibilities:

• Be part of the client's DMZ network infrastructure support team providing operations support and maintenance for core network infrastructure and providing expertise in supporting AWS cloud networking.
• Conduct troubleshooting, fault analysis, problem resolution, regular patching, performance optimization, etc.
• Manage and track incidents through to resolution, and escalating issues as necessary.
• Maintain and update documentation and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across operations as well as completeness and adherence to the required security policies, standard and guidelines.
• Provide standby support (rotation basis) to respond to critical incidents reported by users.
