Job Description: Cloud Operations Engineer (Azure IaaS/PaaS/VDI/IAM) - Associate

Role Summary

We are looking for a Junior Cloud Operations Engineer to support day-to-day operations of our Microsoft Azure environment across IaaS, PaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD/VDI), and Identity & Access Management (IAM). This role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, routine operational tasks, and executing standard change activities under guidance from senior engineers, while building skills in automation and cloud governance.

Key Responsibilities

Azure Operations (IaaS & Core Services)

• Monitor and support Azure IaaS workloads such as Virtual Machines, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Azure Storage, and backup services.
• Perform routine operational tasks: VM start/stop, resize, disk management, snapshot/restore, basic network troubleshooting.
