Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and support AWS cloud platform in regulated environments
  • Manage Day-2 operations, including incident, problem, change, availability, and capacity management
  • Ensure compliance with government security, audit, and governance standards (e.g. IM8)
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, automation, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
  • Deliver cloud initiatives such as migrations, upgrades, and platform enhancements
  • Apply ITIL / ITSM best practices and contribute to service performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure service delivery

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Cloud Engineering
