Job Description
Serve as the initial contact for incidents and service requests concerning AWS and network infrastructure.Perform standard operational tasks in line with established procedures and documentation.Respond promptly and efficiently to incoming incidents.Communicate clearly and regularly with end users and relevant stakeholders.Escalate issues to second- or third-level support in accordance with defined escalation paths.Ensure accurate documentation, tracking, and reporting of incidents.Actively support the ongoing improvement of operational and support processes.Motivizer Benefits Platform to choose and manage all your benefits in one place.
