CLOUD OPERATIONS LEAD

We are representing our client in the global technology and engineering space to look for an experienced Cloud Operations Lead. The Cloud Operations Lead is responsible for leading a team of 6 to 10 engineers, including System Administrators, Endpoint Administrators, and Cloud SysOps Engineers. This role combines technical leadership and hands‑on contribution, requiring the ability to guide the team through best practices, processes, and methodologies while actively participating in daily operations. The successful candidate will bring expert‑level AWS knowledge and a strong understanding of ITIL operational processes, with a proven track record of mentoring junior engineers and leading by example. You will be accountable for operational excellence across cloud infrastructure and applications, while ensuring customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
