Cloud Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Cloud Operations Manager to lead the teams responsible for the availability, performance, and security of Sage’s global cloud products. You’ll manage a distributed DevOps-oriented organisation that ensures our customers can rely on our services 24/7 to run their businesses.



This is a strategic and people-focused leadership role, combining operational excellence, technical depth, incident leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, architecture, and security teams.



This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in our Newcastle or Barcelona office.



Your First 90 Days

• 30 days – Understand the product portfolio, Cloud Ops operating model, incident processes, and team structure.

• 60 days – Take ownership of key services, lead incident reviews, help shape service improvements, and begin building strong cross-functional relationships.
