Cloud Operations Support

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure including VMs, containers, and cloud‑native services (Linux & Windows).
• Collaborate with cloud vendors to resolve technical issues and improve service quality.
• Deploy and manage cloud resources: compute, storage, networking, and platform services.
• Build automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Handle Level I/II cloud incidents and service requests with timely resolution.
• Contribute to cloud projects such as new service deployments, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Management, or System Administration.
• Strong Linux experience (RHEL, CentOS, SLES, Ubuntu); Windows knowledge is a plus.
