We are looking for Salesforce expertise with DevOps experience. The individual will be responsible for the deployment of changes from lower to higher environments Production/QA/UAT, supporting CI/CD processes. This position works with software developers, integration developers, business system analysts, project managers and other IT members to automate and improve development and release processes, establish consistent use of best practices, make deployment cycles shorter, and ensure that our release processes are designed to meet our business & technical needs efficiently and scale for future growth
o 5+ years of experience in software development
o 3+ years of experience in a DevOps engineering role
o Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, GitHub Actions, Gearset, Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and Azure DevOps
o Solid understanding of modern DevOps/SRE principles, including automation, configuration management, branching strategies, observability, reliability, and immutability
o Experience with scripting languages such as YAML, PowerShell, and Python
o Proficient with Git as a source control system
o Experience with Salesforce technologies; Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification is a strong plus
o Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
o Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
o Strong team player, quick learner, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule
