Platform Infrastructure Specialist

The Role: As a critical member of our Platform support team, you will collaborate with world-class engineers to ensure the stability and security of real-time payment processing systems. This is a senior-level position based in Mexico City working on-site.

• Support engineering teams in monitoring, reporting, and creating new developments for scalability and security.

Our ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving skills and can handle high-pressure situations efficiently.

• Broad understanding of cloud-based infrastructure components (Servers, Storage & Backup).


• Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).


• Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
