Engagement with project team members

  • Analyze and understand the project scope & delivery.
  • Prepare the project plan & timeline.

Executing & Managing

  • Track & manage the project based on the planned timeline.
  • Provide guidance to project team members when needed.
  • Keep stakeholders well informed on the project progress & status by coordinating the meeting and sending project progress reports.
  • Attend a weekly project meeting with project team members.
  • Manage and control project risk/issues.
  • Ensure all project deliveries are delivered to the customer.

Project Closure

  • Provide a project closure report to the customer when project completed.
  • Ensure smooth transitioning of the project to Support & Operation team.
