So, what’s the role all about?

Project Manager (PM) work with NICE Systems Customers and Internal various stake holders will be responsible for the implementation portion of the client experience including project kickoff’s, design sessions, customer readiness sessions, complete and consistent project status, communication, risk assessments, project documentation, solution implementation, resource management, signoffs and transitions. The PM acts as a proactive and client-centric interface between the client and NICE Systems, and ensures that internal clients, technical staff, and management are kept aware of project status, issues, and escalations.
