We are currently seeking a Cloud Service Delivery Mgr to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Requirements for this role include:

  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in service delivery management, preferably in a technical or infrastructure-related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of infrastructure components such as networking, servers, storage, and virtualization.
  • Experience working with Cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
  • Proven track record of identifying and resolving issues.
  • Critical thinking and creativity to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
  • Experience mitigating risks and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven consensus-building skills in a remote role.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements and drive project success.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter, energetic, flexible, innovative, and willing to get things done.
  • Proven experience managing complex service delivery engagements.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Preferences:

  • 10+ years relevant experience.
  • Deep domain experience with 5+ years of work experience in Services, cloud computing, or technical project delivery.
  • Enterprise work experience dealing with highly complex situations is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing technical and executive-level relationships (IT Director, VP, and C-level).
  • PMP, ITIL, Agile, Azure, AWS and GCP certifications preferred.

    • Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (time zone to be determined).
