Overview

The Digital CSA for Microsoft Security E5 drives measurable customer outcomes by aligning technical delivery to strategic business objectives across Data Security, Threat Protection (XDR), and Identity/Zero Trust. This role supports how to operationalize the full Microsoft Security E5 suite (Purview, Defender XDR, Entra/Zero Trust) and deliver tangible risk reduction, compliance, and operational excellence. The CSA partners with stakeholders to define success criteria, co-create outcome-focused plans, and ensure every engagement accelerates time‑to‑value, de‑riscifies adoption, and supports the customer’s transformation journey. Complex or deep‑dive needs are handed off to Unified Delivery or specialized teams as required.
