**Overview**
**Be a trusted advisor for Generative AI and Modern Work** : Translate customer challenges into high-value solutions using M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. Drive ROI-focused scenarios that accelerate productivity, automation, and decision-making.
• **Drive Customer Success across Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform** : Lead design and implementation of integrated solutions, covering prompt engineering, copilots/agents lifecycle, Power Platform connectors, data access, and environment strategy.
• **Scale AI and low-code solutions through Agentic AI and automation** : Apply Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) to help customers build secure, scalable, governed AI agents and workflows.
