We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Specialist fluent in English and at least one Nordic language, to join our team and support clients across Nordic/European markets, with the flexibility to live in either Benalmádena or Valencia.
What youll do
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and services for clients: support migration, configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of cloud solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams: handle troubleshooting, permission/access management, security & compliance, and ensure system stability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and support teams to tailor cloud solutions to client needs from initial proposal through deployment and further support.
