Job Description

Provide 
production support, cloud operations, and DevOps capabilities

to ensure stability, availability, and performance of enterprise platforms, while supporting 
automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure maintenance

across Azure and AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production and non-production 
    environment support
  • Incident management and on-call rotations
  • Ticket handling (ServiceNow or similar)
  • Build and maintain 
    Azure DevOps pipelines
  • Deploy and configure environments
  • Infrastructure provisioning and maintenance
  • Database operations (backups, changes)
  • Automation scripting (Python, Bash)
  • Support containerized services (AKS, Docker)
  • Maintain Azure Functions and cloud services
