Cloud Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Handle technical issues of customers regarding Alibaba Cloud and provide technical solutions.
• According to the project requirements and in line with the service Statement of Work (SOW), provide delivery and implementation work, and assist customers in cloud migration.
• Complete the project-related work arranged by the technical manager on time and ensure the quality of completion.
• Have a certain ability to analyze difficult problems and be able to follow up on the progress of problem-solving until the problems are solved.
• Be responsible for summarizing the usage situation of customers and updating the documents in a timely manner for new problems.
• Be responsible for improving the work efficiency of the team and be able to make improvements through automated tools.
