Check Point is looking for a promising and brilliant Cloud Technical Account Manager.


Major Responsibilities


  • Manage a book of large Enterprise customers, be responsible for account health, renewal, and revenue growth.
  • Guide product adoption to achieve business outcomes by gaining a deep understanding of typical business challenges faced by our customers and appropriately map features and services.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for our customers. Liaison with Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to address customers’ technical needs.
  • Provide demos, feature updates, and education resources to help customers learn and adopt our cloud products.
  • Through regular meeting cadence, proactively uncover customer needs and new use cases, anticipate risks, and collaborate with other departments to protect and grow your accounts.
