Job Title: Cloud & Windows Administrator
Location: Remote, Portugal
Work Regime: Full-time & Remote (must reside in Portugal)
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
+3 years of experience in similar roles and 5 years in the IT sector.
Experience in standard service requests, change management, and provisioning.
Azure Monitoring: Azure platform, Azure resources, Azure DevOps pipeline events, Azure services such as managed databases, etc.
Azure Incident Resolution: provide technical support, resolve incidents, and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
Azure Administration: OS management, patch management, Kubernetes (AKS), backup management, tags, dashboards, etc.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): review or develop new Terraform code or Azure DevOps pipelines.
Windows Server Administration: installation, configuration, and management of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
Active Directory and Group Policies: manage and troubleshoot AD, DNS...
