PROFILE:

• Higher education in Information Technology;
• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in similar roles and 5 years in the IT sector;
• Proven experience in standard service requests, change management, and provisioning;
• Experience in Azure Monitoring: Azure platform, Azure resources, Azure DevOps pipeline events, Azure services such as managed databases, etc.;
• Experience in Azure incident resolution: technical support, incident resolution, and coordination with suppliers when necessary;
• Experience in Azure administration: operating system management, patch management, Kubernetes (AKS), backup management, tags, dashboards, etc.;
• Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC): reviewing or developing new Terraform code or Azure DevOps pipelines;
• Solid knowledge of installing, configuring, and managing Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022);
