The CLSA team at Pega Academy India supports initiatives to add qualified LSA talent to the Pega ecosystem. This team collaborates closely with global CLSA teams and plays a key role in technical enablement and support.

You will be part of a dynamic team that enables partners and customers on Pega products, working with counterparts across regions to ensure quality support and technical guidance.

What You'll Do at Pega:


  • Manage CLSA Inbox Operations: Respond to technical queries raised during the LSA App design and build exam.
  • Technical Support: Provide guidance and solutions for technical issues related to Pega applications.
  • AI-Driven Productivity: Use AI tools effectively in PowerPoint, Excel, and email communication.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with CLSA team members in India and globally.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively report issues, practice active listening, and apply feedback constructively.
  • Work with UAP Team: Create and deliver new near real-time projects for UAP students; Facilitate webinars on latest features of Pega for UAP students.
  • Work with GTM Team: Support GTM activities.
  • Create Proof of Concept on latest Pega Infinity features.
  • Create Instructor-led training material based on Pega Academy courses.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to socialize new CLSA certification strategies.
  • Work with global teams to propagate the CLSA program.
  • Facilitate LSA training schedules, student enrollments, and fee management.
  • Work on enhancements for existing Pega applications related to Pega Academy and CLSA team.
  • Should be aware of cloud concepts.

    • Who You Are:


    A technically skilled, motivated, and collaborative individual with strong communication and presentation abilities. You have experience working with technical teams and business users, and are comfortable handling technical queries and providing clear, professional responses.

    What You've Accomplished:


  • Education: First class graduate in engineering (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field).
  • Certification: Pega CSA certification is mandatory; SSA certification is preferable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Pega application design and build processes.
  • AI Tools: Proficiency in using AI for presentations, spreadsheets, and email.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Cloud Awareness: Familiarity with cloud concepts.
