Job Description

• Manage day-to-day club operations and ensure smooth branch performance
• Lead, coach, and supervise front desk and fitness teams
• Ensure consistent service quality and positive member experience
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and facility standards
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and basic administrative tasks
• Address member concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate with head office regarding operational requirements and initiatives
