What You’ll Do:
This co-op opportunity is perfect for students who want hands-on experience in customer service, operations, and member engagement within a fast-paced, people-first environment. You’ll work alongside experienced leaders, gain real-world skills, and contribute meaningfully to the day-to-day experience of our members.


This includes:


  • Delivering outstanding, 5-star customer service to members and guests




  • Assisting the Member Experience team with managing and resolving member inquiries and concerns, escalating as needed




  • Supporting retail operations, including café and pro-shop transactions
