Job Description
Job Scope:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy.
- Conduct day-to-day sales activities including telemarketing and sales calls.
- Building relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities, creating, and implementing sales plans.
- Monitors and analyzes market trends to identify potential new venue streams.
- Collaborating with other departments and senior management to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Review the account portfolio regularly and present to the management sales report on a regular basis, to provide analysis on performance of each account, i.e. Rooms and events, forward and follow up action plans.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients and partners to maximize revenue and occupancy.
