Job Title: Cluster Head – Trade & Forex

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

CTC: Up to 15 LPA

Experience Required: Minimum 7+ Years in Trade & Forex


Job Summary:

The Cluster Head – Trade & Forex will be responsible for managing and driving Trade Finance and Forex business across Gujarat. The role includes business development, client servicing, team support, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage Trade & Forex operations across multiple locations in Gujarat.




  • Achieve business targets for Trade Finance and Forex products.




  • Strengthen relationships with corporate and SME clients.




  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.




  • Support and guide branch teams on Trade & Forex processes.




  • Monitor product performance and prepare business reports.




  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.




Required Skills & Qualifications:




  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Trade Finance and Forex department




  • Strong knowledge of LC, BG, Import/Export documents, Remittances & Forex regulations.




  • Experience in handling multiple branches/cluster.




  • Strong communication, analytical, and client management skills.




  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.




Education:




  • Graduate/Postgraduate (Finance/Banking preferred).
