Role Overview
The Cluster Head will be responsible for leading and scaling real estate operations across multiple zones/branches within a cluster. This role owns P&L, revenue growth, team performance, and customer experience, while ensuring strong compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Revenue
Own end-to-end P&L for the assigned cluster
Drive topline growth through primary & secondary sales, leasing, and allied services
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Improve conversion ratios, average ticket size, and productivity metrics
Build strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key stakeholders
