Role Overview:

This is an end-to-end, target-driven role responsible for scaling the external home loans business

across the respective clusters in the Mumbai region. The role focuses on driving builder and channel

partnerships, sourcing quality business, ensuring timely disbursals, and managing team’s performance

across the full funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

● Build, expand, and manage builder and channel partner relationships across the Mumbai

market

● Drive home loan sourcing, conversions, and timely revenue realization

● Own and track the complete sales funnel from lead generation to loan disbursal

● Hire, train, and manage a high-performing on-ground sales team for your respective Cluster

● Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets

● Ensure strong stakeholder alignment with banks, builders, and internal teams

● Oversee MIS reporting, compliance, and process adherence

● This role requires extensive field movement across Mumbai to engage builders, channel

partners, and sales teams

Profile:

● 7–16 years of experience in home loans / financial services sales

● Strong experience in B2B & B2C sales, builder sourcing, and channel management

● Proven track record in target-driven sales leadership

● Excellent people management and stakeholder coordination skills

● Graduate; immediate joiners preferred
