Job Title: Cluster Head – Sales (NorthEastern States)

Job Summary

The Cluster Head – Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, AUM expansion, and distributor engagement across the North- East Region based out of Guwahati. The role involves managing key distribution channels and ensuring achievement of assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive AUM growth, net sales, and market share across the Northeast Market
- Manage and expand distributor networks including IFAs/ MFD, Banks, and National Distributors
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, sales targets, and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Execute regional sales strategies and product penetration initiatives
- Provide training and support to partners, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote and sell the company's products and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners, evaluating performance, addressing challenges, and identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Track and analyze sales performance, market share, and other relevant metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Provide regular MIS, forecasts, and market intelligence

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Finance preferred)

- NISM certification mandatory VA & 21 A
