<p>Job Profile : Cluster Head - Wealth - Team Handling </p><p><br/></p><p>Role : </p><p><br/></p><p>- The incumbent would be responsible for the managing HNI customers (with surplus investment amounts of Rs. 1 Crore above) and have regular meetings with them</p><p><br/></p><p>- Supporting team to achieve their sales target which would result in a revenue of 3.5 times of CTC<br/><br/>- Execute cluster business plans for the Wealth Management segment to drive sales in the region<br/><br/>- Continuously improve the sales effectiveness<br/><br/>- Motivate and direct the sales team<br/><br/>- Distinguish the company vis a vis competitor<br/><br/>- Engage in brand building exercises by focussing on the research based strength of the company</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
