Please Note: Basically, we need someone with support (AMS) background and experience in playing client facing role leading a support delivery for cluster/group/business function.


Cluster Leads:

  • Cluster Leads are single point accountable for all services and all Applications in that Cluster
  • Cluster Leads to maintain “Critical application list” and “FOF list” and ensure we are meeting expectation on both based on services agreed in SOW
  • Accountable for Seamless delivery for designated Cluster covering all Metrics, SLA, KPIs
  • Daily Tracking on P1, P2 tickets along with AMs, MIM teams
  • Focus on near Zero-defect delivery
