About the Role
The Cluster Manager – Credit Cards is responsible for managing a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, Sales Officers, and backend sales staff across designated geographies. The role involves driving sales, managing costs, optimizing product mix, and building a critical mass of credit card customers. The Cluster Manager will implement distribution plans, establish channel infrastructure, and ensure regulatory and legal compliance across all customer touchpoints.
