Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management:

● Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the cluster.

● Monitor sales performance daily and implement action plans to address any issues or opportunities in real time

● Foster relationships with Centre Managers and stakeholders to drive business growth month on month

2. Operations Management:

● Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations within the cluster.

● Ensure efficient and effective operational processes by solving facilities and customer issues to deliver stellar experience.

● Implement best practices and standardize procedures ensure the audits are defect free.

3. People Management:

● Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and operations teams to achieve their best performance.
