Job Description-
Be responsible for planning and executing the city-level targets along with your own OKRs
• Handling a team of team leaders and 30 to 50 sales members
• Be responsible to ensure that key productivity input metrics are met
• Ability to preempt business risks and figure out a mitigation plan
• Require strong analysis of various business parameters to figure out growth opportunities
• Be responsible for leading and closely tracking experiments / pilots, if any, that are run time to time.
• Be responsible for customer visits, revenue and cost of the team
• Be responsible for training, attrition and hiring of tele-sales team members
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, HR and product.
• Ensure the team is involved in effective communication of product features and benefits.
• Engage with clients during the tele-sales process to address inquiries and provide additional information.
