Job Responsibilities:

Cluster Managers work with a company's biggest customers to build long-term, strategic partnerships. This role requires a range of skills from closing sales and nurturing relationships to strategic planning and cross-functional leadership.

Cluster Manager Job Duties:

· Responsible for driving business category like Mobile, TV, Ecosystem, Laptop and Pad in the respective city/District

· Build Xiaomi brand and drive sales via offline channels

· Build a strong relationship with the local distributors, retailers and local regulatory bodies

· Drive sales in the city with local distributors and key retailers in the city/District

· Develop a keen understanding of Xiaomi products & how they can fulfil the local consumer needs
