Your Role in the Story
As a Cluster Plumber at LUURA, you are a vital part of our operations team, ensuring that all plumbing, water, and drainage systems across our properties operate safely, efficiently, and seamlessly. Your expertise supports uninterrupted hotel, SPA, and F&B operations and contributes directly to outstanding guest experiences. You take pride in problem-solving, preventive maintenance, and rapid response, helping LUURA’s properties maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems across LUURA properties, including water supply, drainage, sanitary systems, and fixtures.
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, pressure issues, or faults and take corrective action.
- Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, minimizing disruption to operations and guest experience.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, inspections, and material usage.
- Ensure compliance with LUURA standards, health & safety regulations, and local plumbing codes.
- Support pre-opening projects, including installation of new plumbing systems and upgrades.
- Advise management on water efficiency improvements and preventive maintenance plans.
- Monitor plumbing equipment performance and recommend repairs, replacements, or upgrades when necessary.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized, safe, and clean at all times.
- Ensure departmental requirements are aligned and implemented according to the guidance of the Chief Engineer.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- Technical qualification or diploma in Plumbing, Mechanical Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a plumber, preferably in hotels/restaurants or commercial properties.
- Pre-opening experience is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, safety standards, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently across multiple properties while being a strong team player
- Strong communication skills and ability to report clearly to management.
- Flexible, reliable, and willing to work shifts, or on-call as required.
- Eligible to work in an EU country.
