Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Sales Strategy

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for Loan Against Property across assigned cluster.
  • Drive business through a strong network of DSAs, channel partners, and direct sourcing.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers and Business Development Executives.
  • Set performance goals for the team and track their achievements.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, clients, and internal teams.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management practices.
