 About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership Cluster Team Lead (Manager Level)  who can manage multiple Team Leads (TLs)  and drive performance across a large inside sales cluster of 60–80 telesales executives .

This is NOT  an individual contributor or TL role.

You will lead TLs , manage cluster P&L , drive daily sales operations , and ensure predictable revenue outcomes .

Ideal for a Sales Manager / Cluster Manager  in a high-velocity B2B inside-sales environment.
