CTC: Up to 20 LPA

Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in Trade & Forex

Role Summary

The Cluster Trade Manager will oversee Trade & Forex acquisition and portfolio management across multiple branches, ensuring business growth, high-quality service delivery, and compliance with trade guidelines. The role involves driving revenue through Trade Finance products and providing strategic support to branch teams.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Drive Trade & Forex business across assigned cluster/branches.

  
  


• 
  

  Acquire new Trade Finance clients through direct sourcing.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage existing Trade & Forex portfolios ensuring high service quality.

  
  


• 
  

  Support branches with product knowledge, client pitches, and deal closures.

  
  


• 
  

  Achieve revenue targets across LC, BG, OD/CC, Import/Export documentation, Remittances, and Forex.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct joint client visits with branch teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify business opportunities and build a strong Trade client pipeline.

  
  


• 
  

  Train branch staff on Trade & Forex products and processes.

  
  

Eligibility Criteria

• 
  

  Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Trade Finance & Forex.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of LC/BG/Import-Export documentation and FEMA guidelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience in client acquisition and portfolio handling.

  
  


• 
  

  Graduate/Post-Graduate preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
