CMM Operator

Job Title: CMM Operator Company: Seonics Location: Bangalore, Peenya (Behind Metro) Experience: 2 5 years Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.E. (Mechanical) Job Responsibilities Operate and program CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for inspection of precision components. Perform dimensional inspection of machined parts as per drawings and GD&T standards. Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records. Identify non-conformities and support root cause analysis with production and quality teams. Ensure calibration and proper handling of measuring instruments. Support first article inspection (FAI), in-process inspection, and final inspection activities. Follow ISO/quality system procedures and shop floor safety standards. Requirements Key Skills Required Hands-on experience in CMM operation and basic programming (PC-DMIS / similar software preferred). Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T. Knowledge of measuring instruments: vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc. Exposure to precision machining / manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills for report preparation. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience in aerospace / automotive / precision engineering industries. Knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality systems. Ability to handle multiple inspection tasks independently. Benefits Salary - 22K - 30 K per month Working in Shifts.
