Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.E. (Mechanical)

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and program CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for inspection of precision components.
  

• Perform dimensional inspection of machined parts as per drawings and GD&T standards.
  

• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
  

• Identify non-conformities and support root cause analysis with production and quality teams.
  

• Ensure calibration and proper handling of measuring instruments.
  

• Support first article inspection (FAI), in-process inspection, and final inspection activities.
  

• Follow ISO/quality system procedures and shop floor safety standards.
  

Requirements

Key Skills Required

• Hands-on experience in CMM operation and basic programming (PC-DMIS / similar software preferred).
  

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
  

• Knowledge of measuring instruments: vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.
  

• Exposure to precision machining / manufacturing environment.
  

• Basic computer skills for report preparation.
  

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in aerospace / automotive / precision engineering industries.
  

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality systems.
  

• Ability to handle multiple inspection tasks independently.
  

Benefits
