**CMM Operator / Programmer (Direct Hire) - Metro Detroit**
Adecco’s Permanent Recruitment Team has partnered with a leading **aerospace manufacturing organization** to identify a skilled **CMM Operator / Programmer** to support precision manufacturing operations. **Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform a full range of dimensional inspections on precision aerospace components, including close-tolerance parts, to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and technical specifications.
+ Independently conduct incoming, layout, first article, in-process, and final inspections.
+ Develop, program, and operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programs for parts, fixtures, and tooling.
