The Tool & Gage House is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer/Technician to join our team in Peoria, IL.. If you have experience in PC-DMIS or other CMM programming platforms (such as Zeiss, Calypso, etc.), we encourage you to apply. PC-DMIS experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document automated metrology programs following best-practice standards and inspection plan requirements.
- Maintain the accuracy, availability, and revision control for all created programs.
- Resolve issues related to inspection, data collection, and documentation that impact quality and operations.
- Create advanced-level CMM programs for complex metrology requirements.
- Provide expert troubleshooting support for metrology and manufacturing-related challenges.
