Role Summary

• Lead the design and implementation of Headless CMS solutions for a NextGen Digital Commerce Platform.
• Drive API-first architecture, omnichannel content delivery, and enterprise-scale integrations.

Must-Have Skills

• Headless CMS expertise: AEM (preferred), Sitecore, Contentful, Optimizely in headless/decoupled mode.
• API-first delivery: REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, BFF patterns.
• Front-end integration: Next.js, React, JAMstack for headless content rendering.
• Content modeling and governance: Structured content models, workflows, taxonomies.
• Enterprise integrations: CMS with PIM, DAM, eCommerce, personalization tools.
• Performance and scalability: CDN, caching, security roles, observability.
• DevOps for CMS: CI/CD pipelines, environment setup (Dev/QA/Prod), release management.

Good-to-Have

• Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP).
• Familiarity with cloud-native CMS and serverless architecture.
• Knowledge of SEO optimization and personalization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define future-state CMS architecture for authoring, publishing, personalization, and omnichannel delivery.
• Drive platform evaluation, create reference architecture, and secure sign-offs.
• Lead API-driven integrations with commerce and content systems.
• Establish configuration standards, workflows, and governance.
• Guide CI/CD setup and release processes for CMS assets.
• Enable best practices and training for content authors.
