We at LTI Mindtree hiring for CMS Developer Site Vision Alfresco Staffbase
Education: Bachelors/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum Experience: 5-8 years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 days
Location: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Noida, Kolkata
Shift: 8 AM CET – 5 PM CET

About the Role
We are seeking a CMS Developer to build and maintain content management capabilities across our intranet ecosystem You will work with Site Vision Alfresco and Staffbase to deliver a seamless content authoring publishing and employee communication experience integrated with our collaboration platform
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Site Vision modules templates and portlets for intranet pages
- Configure and extend Alfresco for document management and workflow automation
- Implement Staffbase integrations for employee communications and mobile intranet access
- Build content APIs and integrations between CMS platforms and React frontend
- Develop content migration scripts and tools for platform transitions
- Implement content syndication and publishing workflows across platforms
- Configure user permissions roles and access control for content management
- Optimize CMS performance and ensure scalability
- Provide technical support for content editors and administrators
- Integrate CMS content with enterprise search indexing
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise CMS platforms
- Hands on experience with Site Vision development Web Apps REST API Velocity templates
- Experience with Alfresco Content Services workflows custom modules
- Knowledge of Staffbase or similar employee communication platforms
- Strong Java or Java Script development skills
- Experience with REST APIs and headless CMS architectures
- Understanding of HTML CSS and frontend frameworks React preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English Swedish is a plus
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Media Wiki customization and extensions
- Knowledge of AWS services S3 Cloud Front Lambda
- Familiarity with SAMLSSO integration and Web Access Management
- Background in content migration from legacy systems
- Experience with enterprise search integration Elasticsearch Solr
- Understanding of accessibility standards WCAG
