Position Overview
In 2026, a new statewide case management system will be deployed to approximately 80% of court locations across Maine. The CMS Technical Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting this rollout by providing hands-on, on-site technical assistance to court staff during system go-live and stabilization periods.
This role combines technical proficiency with strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate is patient, professional, and comfortable guiding users through technology changes in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
