Co-facilitate workshops and training sessions that empower non-technical teams to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) for increased productivity and creativity

Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex machine learning concepts into accessible, bite-sized training content for the wider organization

Analyze user feedback and adoption metrics to help refine our internal AI curriculum and ensure our training initiatives meet evolving business needs

Auditing of all existing learning paths in the Learning Experience tool (LXP) 

Assist in the maintenance of 12+ BatChat pages (internal websites)

Peakon Employee Survey Data Mining

Assist in the administration of a the Career Path Tool to be implemented in 2026
