Job Description

  • JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Provides direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse within the CNA scope of practice. Performs clerical duties within the department or patient care team as assigned.
  • DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION The Progressive Care Unit/Critical Care Unit supports patients experiencing a variety of complex conditions and provides care through advanced knowledge and experience in a setting that provides increased monitoring, assessments and interventions.
  • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Current unencumbered Oregon CNA Level 2 certification required. Applicants with a current, unencumbered Oregon CNA certification may be considered and offered training to CNA2. Healthcare provider level BLS required.
