What You'll Do: Provide daily care and support to residents in line with their individualized care plans. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Help residents during mealtimes and track food/fluid intake as needed. Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team....
