CNC & Assembly Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled CNC & Assembly Process Engineer to optimize machining and assembly processes, ensure quality standards, and support production efficiency. This role combines technical design, process improvement, and team coordination in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CNC machining and assembly processes using Lean/Six Sigma principles.

Write and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code) and select appropriate tools/equipment.

Monitor quality, resolve defects, and support root-cause analysis.

Provide technical support and train operators on new techniques.

Maintain process documentation and analyze production data for improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).

Strong CNC programming skills and familiarity with CAD/CAM software.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred.
